Acceptance of the following rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of the terms and conditions. Entry indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions.

PROMOTION
Entry to the DB Export Mr.Vintage t-shirt promotion (Promotion) is by completing the entry form on http://www.facebook.com/dbexport

Entries to Promotion are limited to one entry per person.

The Promotional Period is between 18:00:00 10th April and 23:59:59 20th April 2013. No entries will be accepted before or after this date and time.

PROMOTION PRIZES
The promotional prize is one of 50 Mr. Vintage DB Export Beer t-shirts.

PRIZE FULFILMENT
All valid entries received will be eligible for the prize draw of one of 50 Mr. Vintage DB Export Beer t-shirts.

Where possible, the ‘Promoter’ will supply the t-shirt size requested on entry, but if the size is not available, an alternative size may be supplied.

The ‘Promoter’ will endeavour to send the prize out as soon as practically possible. Prizes may take up to 15 working days to deliver.

Responsibility is not accepted for prizes lost, damaged or delayed as a result of delivery failure of any kind.

All prizes are non-transferable, re-saleable or exchangeable. There is no cash or other alternative to the prizes in whole or in part.

GENERAL
To participate in and/or claim a prize in the Promotion, entrants must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over.

The Promoter’s employees, all employees or contractors of associated companies and agencies of the Promoter and their immediate families (including spouses, grandparents, parents, children or grandchildren), are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions by you. All details and instructions form part of the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

Entries must be made personally. One entry per person. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of 'script', 'brute force' or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified for the duration of the promotion and any prize awarded will be void. At the discretion of the Promoter, offenders may be criminally charged.

The decision of the Promoter is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

The Promoter is not responsible for any third party acts or omissions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any technical issues, system or software failures encountered on http://www.facebook.com/DBExpport or the ‘DB Export Mr. Vintage t-shirt’ Facebook Application during entry into the promotion. We try to ensure the standard of the site remains high but we cannot be held responsible for interruptions of service.

The Promoter reserves the right to suspend temporarily the operation of the site without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any other reason beyond its control. You are responsible for all Internet connection costs charged by your service provider. If you do not pay the bill please get permission from the person who does.

The Promoter reserves the right to award similar alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries or that not in accordance with the entry instructions will not be accepted.

Winners may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from the prize draw. No compensation shall be awarded for such participation.

Export 33 Beer for a Year

Entry to the Export 33 Beer for a Year (Promotion) by completing an entry form at the Ports of Auckland Round the Bays or online form at; http://www.dbexportbeer.co.nz

Entries to Promotion are limited to one entry per person.

PROMOTION PRIZES
Beer for a Year consist of 1 Export 33 330 ml bottle of beer a day for 360 days

PRIZE FULFILMENT
All valid entries received will be eligible for the prize draw for the promotional prize

The ‘Promoter’ will endeavour to send the prize out as soon as practically possible. Prizes will be delivered in 4 instalments of 6x 15-packs, once every 4-month.

Promotional Prize to be delivered to a business address during normal working hours of Monday to Friday from 9-5.

Boat & Bach 2013 Terms and Conditions

THE ULTIMATE BOAT’N BACH WEEKEND FOR YOU AND 3 MATES INCLUDES: Return flights with airport transfers, three nights’ accommodation at a
Bay of Islands bach, jet skiing, a full day of fishing on a game fishing boat, your catch cooked by your own personal chef, food and beverage allowance, and dinner and drinks at a local restaurant.
Every time you purchase a specially marked pack of Export Gold or a round (3) of DB Export Beers between 1 January and 14 April 2013 and enter the unique code via text or the DB Export Beer website you will go into the draw to win one of three Boat ‘N Bach Weekends for four (4) people valued at $10,000. Each unique entry received between 1 January and 31 March will also go in the draw to win one (1) of three (3) $50 Export Gold Fish’n Chip prize cards. There are three (3) cards to be won every day during this period

TEXT YOUR ENTRY:  To enter by text, simply text your unique code to 2567. You may enter using any NZ mobile phone (021/022/027/029). Standard network rates apply, typically 20c. Texts may not be included by text-inclusive packages - check with your network operator. Please ensure you have permission of the person who pays the mobile bill before entering via text; OR, 

ENTER ON THE WEBSITE:  To enter via the DB Export Beer Website, register at www.dbexportbeer.co.nz and enter your unique code.
Entry of a unique code by text or web between 1 January and 14 April is entry into the Monthly Prize Draw. Entry of a unique code by text or web between 1 January and 31 March is entry into the Daily Prize Draw on the day that code was received by the Promoter.

MONTHLY PRIZE DRAWS: There are three (3) monthly prizes to be won.  Each unique code is entry only for the Monthly Prize Draw in which the entry is received only. The Monthly Prize Draws will take place on 1 February* 2013, 1 March 2013 and 15 April 2013**.
*Any entries received prior to the commencement of the promotion (1 January 2013) will be automatically entered into the 1 February 2013 monthly prize draw. Entries received prior to 1 January 2013 will not be eligible for the daily prize draws. 
**Any entries received between the 1 April and 14 April 2013 will go into the 15 April 2013 prize draw. Entries received between these two dates will not be eligible for the daily prize draws.

DAILY PRIZE DRAWS: Each unique code you enter will give you one (1) entry into that day’s Daily Draw for one (1) of three (3) $50 Fish’n Chip prize cards. All entries received between 12.01am on any day between 1 January and 31 March 2013 will go in the draw to win one (1) of three (3) $50 Fish’n Chip prize cards on that day. Each unique code is one (1) entry only for the $50 Daily Draw on the day in which the entry is received. Each unique code will also be entered into the Monthly Prize Draw. Winners of each Monthly Prize and their travelling companions must be available to travel between 1 March and 30 June 2013. Return flights will depart from and return to Dunedin, Christchurch or Wellington (as applicable) only. All participants must make their own arrangements to get to and from valid departure points if required.

• Prize winners and travelling companions will each be required to sign a Participation Agreement in order to take either of the major prizes.
• Prizes are as stipulated and are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event that the prize specified in the Promotion is not available for any reason, the Promoter may substitute the prize for another prize of like value. The Promoter will not be responsible for the cancellation or postponement of any prize.
